She has recently held titles with Carver Hotel Group such as Director of Sales and Marketing, Senior Sales Manager, Group Sales Manager and Outside Sales Manager with Hilton, IHG, Sonesta, and independently branded hotels, elevating her ability to implement effective sales strategy and maximize revenue in any brand or market. In her spare time she loves to travel, hike, listen to music and read self-development books.

Kenny joined the company in 2020 as the Corporate Marketing Manager overseeing the Twenty Four Seven Hotels Brand. Previously having worked for both Marriott and Starwood Legacy over the past decade, notable achievements include overseeing the branding and relaunch process for the Avenue of the Arts Tribute Portfolio Hotel winning back-to-back Hotel of the year awards. Most recently Kenny was part of Marriott’s Field Marketing organization overseeing a portfolio of notable hotels and resorts in the southern California area.

Caroline joins Twenty Four Seven Hotels as the Operations Analyst. In this role, she supports the Operations and Guest Services team providing analysis and tracking operational performance. She assists across multiple departments to ensure brand standards and goals are being met and that properties are operating at their highest potential.
Before her role at Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Caroline previously held various positions in Accounting, Front Office Operations, and Guest Services. She obtained her graduate degree in Hospitality Management and undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Tara joined the company in 2020 as the Director of Owner Relations. As the primary contact for Owners, she is responsible for creating ease and efficacy in communication to all Ownership Groups, gathering continuous feedback from ownership to identify profit maximizing opportunities as well as strategizing with all departments on short + long term strategies to improve overall performance.
Prior to joining our team, Tara brings 15 years of hospitality experience ranging from her work in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, Revenue Management and Asset Elevation for Starwood Hotels, Marriott International, and franchise partners.
Tara earned her B.S in Business Administration and Accounting from NC State University and has served as a board member for the New York City LIC Hotel Association, LaGuardia Community College Tourism & Hospitality Advisory Board, Philadelphia Convention Center Zonal Commission Board and Chamber of Commerce Hospitality Committee.

Brijesh joined Twenty-Four Seven Hotels as Corporate Controller in July 2020.
Prior to Joining Twenty-Four Seven Hotels, Brijesh was Vice President of Finance for CRU Property Management and Prior to that he held a Regional Director of Finance and Operations at Interstate hotels & Resort.
As the Corporate Controller, Brijesh is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Twenty-Four Seven Hotels financial reporting, Budgeting, Analytics, Operating metrics, Forecasting, Balance Sheet, Accounts Payable, Financial Reviews, Hotel Transition’s and Training.
Brijesh earned his degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University, Pomona California.

Bringing more than 15 years of payroll management experience, Susan McClurg joined the Twenty Four Seven band in July 2017.
Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Susan served in payroll management positions at West Coast University and Seven Crown Resorts. Her experience with managing multi-state payroll operations and developing improved payroll costs, efficiencies and accuracies make her a fantastic fit on our rockstar Accounting and Finance team.
In her role as Payroll Manager, Susan manages and oversees a multi-state payroll system and processes bi-weekly payroll for our company portfolio, regularly evaluating opportunities to implement best practices.
Susan received her bachelor’s degree from California State Long Beach.

Tianying joins the Twenty Four Seven Hotels band in spring of 2019, bringing with her over five years of finance experience in roles as accountant and auditor. Her fluency with accounting platforms and balancesheets help her flow on beat with our Finance and Accounting team.
Tianying is responsible for financial reconciliations and maintenance, analyzing financial information to prepare monthly and annual statements for a number of properties in our portfolio. In this role, she executes new accounting standard initiatives at both a corporate and managed hotel level.
She received her Master of Science in Accounting from University of Pittsburgh.

Mary Nieblas joins the 247 band as a people mentor and a numbers wizard within the world of accounting. She brings with her a history of team player accounting in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Mary served in accounting positions at Evolution Hospitality and Pacifica Hotels. Her experience with both accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as managing accounting teams ensures that she will strike the perfect tone with our Accounting and Finance team.
In her role as Accounts Payable Manager, Mary is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AP function and the variety of business processes within AP.
Mary received her education from Saddleback Valley College.

Over 10 years of travel industry experience from launching the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise Rent A Car in Palm Springs to Travel Product Marketing at AAA Southern California and most recently as an Account Manager at Booking.com.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, Jessica oversees our portfolio’s digital strategy including website design, content development, social media, digital advertising, email marketing and digital brand promotions.
Jessica attended California State University- San Bernardino where she received her degree in Liberal Arts.

Flowery steps up to the mic as 247 Hotels Revenue Analyst. After gaining exposure to the hospitality industry through Front Desk and Front Office operations, Flowery premiered her best talents at Hilton of Anaheim as their Revenue Analyst. She brings her leadership skills and wicked sharp insight to generate winning strategies for the Twenty Four Seven Hotels Portfolio.
As Revenue Analyst, Flowery supports the Revenue Managers in implementing pricing strategies, monitoring comp sets and reporting – all in the aim of driving optimal share and maximizing the ROI for our hotels.

Stephanie joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2017 as Sales and Revenue Analyst at our DoubleTree by Hilton LAX/El Segundo prior to being promoted to corporate Revenue Analyst. Her hospitality roots at the front desk and more recent experience in inventory management, forecasting and revenue platforms helps her tune-in to the larger strategies set by the corporate revenue team and by operations.
As Revenue Analyst, Stephanie supports the Revenue Managers in implementing pricing strategies, monitoring comp sets and reporting – all in the aim of driving optimal share and maximizing the ROI for our hotels.

Cenie steps up to the stage as Twenty Four Seven’s Revenue Manager in summer of 2019. As Revenue Manager, she is responsible for ensuring the hotels in her portfolio compete in the marketplace. In addition to her vast knowledge of a wide range of tools and technologies, she supports each general manager’s bottom line performance by closely collaborating with sales leaders and eCommerce managers to capture targeted bookings.
Previous to this gig, Cenie was appointed in a number of Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue Management roles, where her tour led her to excel in markets such as New York, Washington and San Diego.
Cenie received her bachelor degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles and master’s of science in hospitality with a revenue management concentration from New York University.

Mary Ellen Goese joins Twenty Four Seven Hotels with experience in hotel operations, revenue management and financials – and chart-topping honors as Employee of the Year at St. Regis Monarch Beach. With her craftsmanship in group revenue strategy and asset management, she brings critical knowledge of forecasting, industry trends, and a number of revenue platforms to her position as Corporate Revenue Manager.
In this role, Mary Ellen is responsible for providing direction to property teams, driving profitability and raising the bottom line for our Twenty Four Seven Hotels’ properties.
Mary Ellen attended California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, where she received her degree in Hospitality Management.

Lety joins the 247 band bringing with her over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, nearly all in the discipline of revenue management. Her experience ranges throughout upscale to luxury segments.
In her current role, Lety is responsible for driving revenue and profitability for a group of hotel assets by collaborating with her fellow revenue and sales bandmates to provide guidance and support to property level teams.
Lety received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management from University of the Pacific in Mazatlan, Mexico, and is a Certified Revenue Management Executive.

Deanna supports the portfolio as Regional Director of Sales. Deanna began with 247 Hotels as Sales Manager at our TownePlace Suites Sacramento Cal Expo, where she reconstructed the sales organization at the property to drive revenue and market share gain. Deanna was awarded with Twenty Four Seven Hotel’s Breakthrough Sales Manager of the Year in 2017. She continued on to become Task Force Director of Sales, executing direct sales strategies that drive top line revenue, developing property sales leaders, and providing support to varied sales efforts. Her success in this role and leadership by example, led to her newest endeavor with the company.

Quentin sets the perfect tone with the 247 Sales team as Regional Director of Sales, bringing over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in limited, full-service, resort, lifestyle properties and destination marketing organizations. His extensive experience in the Southern California market includes stints with Evolution Hospitality, Marriott, Doubletree, and Hilton Brands. A quarter century of delving in and around all aspects of the hospitality industry give Quentin a wealth of wisdom to share. His extensive skillset from hotel onboarding, marketing, community relations, recruiting and team building supports his current mission to cultivate success within the sales ranks here at Twenty Four Seven Hotels.
As Regional Director of Sales, Quentin’s focus is building long-term relationships with key accounts, executing property sales plans and leveraging brand tools to build and sustain revenue growth.

Hannah joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2015 as the Director of Sales at MOXY Phoenix Tempe, helping to launch the first MOXY for Marriott International in the United States. Working hand-in-hand with Marriott International, she played a pivotal role in maintaining key corporate accounts while introducing a new lifestyle brand to the Tempe market.
Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, she worked for Marriott International in various area sales roles, including serving as Account Executive for both the Houston and Detroit markets. These roles encompassed total account management and sales for all Marriott brands nationally in both the Corporate and Affinity segments.
In 2017, she joined the 247 Hotels Corporate team as Regional Director of Sales. Hannah worked with the properties to develop sales teams, execute marketing plans, and leverage brand tools to help analyze and improve optimal revenue growth. In this time, she helped craft the culture and structure of the portfolio-wide sales organization, leading to her newest role as Corporate Director of Sales. She oversees the strategic direction of sales initiatives, continuing to develop top talent toward enhanced revenue results.
Hannah earned her bachelor’s from the University of Houston.

Kelly jumps on board our Operations team from within our esteemed company ranks. With a history skilled in catering, Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, Customer Service and Menu Development, Kelly first joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2012 as Executive Chef at our Courtyard by Marriott Boise West Meridian hotel. He hasn’t looked back since. Within 4 years, he climbed the ladder to Assistant General Manager, then to General Manager all the while leading with his charismatic smile and “can do” character. Now Kelly takes center stage as Corporate Task Force Manager.
As Task Force General Manager, Kelly trains, coaches and motivates property teams in operational performance and delivering the highest levels of guest service. His day-to-day responsibilities include development assistance for hotel leadership, managing daily sales efforts and leveraging major system brands to execute operation productivity and efficiency.
Kelly received his Associate’s degree from the Art Institute of Colorado, School of Culinary Arts,focused in Culinary Arts and Related Services.

Edward joins our Operations team with over a decade of extensive hotel industry experience, having fulfilled roles such as Opening General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Operations and more. He is a versatile and results-driven leader who has led hotel teams in a variety of brands such as Renaissance, Courtyard, Hampton Inn and Marriott Hotels in New York and Pennsylvania. Most recently, Edward traded the East Coast for the Golden State where he oversaw a Courtyard and Residence Inn as a Dual Property General Manager in South San Francisco.
As Corporate Director of Operations, Edward focuses on strategy related improving hotel financial performance and guest service scores across our portfolio as well as improving communication and collaboration. He leads and mentors the corporate operations team and hotel leadership teams. Prior to his current role, he was Regional Director of Operations and Task Force General Manager with our organization.

Michael joined the Twenty Four Seven Hotels band in 2018 and brings over two decades of hospitality industry hits. He has served as General Manager for brands such as Courtyard by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and Suites, and Hyatt Place, eventually overseeing five properties as a District General Manager.
In his current role as Regional Director of Operations, Michael provides guidance on key operational objectives including driving guest satisfaction, mentoring the growth of our General Managers & Assistant General Managers, adding value to owner relations.
Michael is a Hyatt-recognized hospitality leader and has held a Board of Directors position for the Tempe Convention and Visitor Bureau. He earned his Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University.

Joe joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in the winter of 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in full and select service hotels. Prior to his role as Regional Director of Operations, he has held title as General Manager in brands such as DoubleTree, Courtyard, Marriott Hotels, and Residence Inn. In his current role, Joe provides guidance to a group of hotel assets through policies and practices that attain objectives of ownership, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and targeted profitability.
Joe is a people oriented hospitality leader that creates service-oriented environments, develops hotel teams, and delivers financial results.

Yuliya brings to Twenty Four Seven Hotels seven years of experience working in hospitality and human resources in the United States and internationally. In her most recent role, Yuliya advised managers and employees on all HR practices, federal and state laws and regulations.
Yuliya’s personal mission as an HR and Payroll professional is to help companies and their employees thrive. She is constantly taking an active role in making positive changes by connecting with managers and employees and creating collaborative relationships, striking a pitch perfect tone within organizations.
Yuliya Teterina graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources license from the HR Certification Institute.

Candace joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2005 to champion benefits administration, employee relations and human resources. Her areas of responsibility include employee and labor relations, legal compliance and generally promoting the company’s culture and organizational growth. Before joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels Candace held several management positions in the banking industry with her most recent experience overseeing the Foreign Exchange Department at Bank of America in Los Angeles, CA.

Leesa brings more than 20 years of hospitality management experience, having held positions with several Hilton, Choice, and Starwood brands, ranging from luxury hotels to select-service properties.
Leveraging her deeply rooted hospitality knowledge and field experience, Leesa directs and oversees all learning and development programs and any organizational development initiatives. Fundamental to the success of our People Resources department, her focus will include recruitment, succession planning and career development; performance management; learning management systems; benefits; compliance; culture and organizational values and associate engagement initiatives.
Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Leesa held hospitality leadership positions in operations, sales and marketing, and accounting. Noteworthy to her career is earning the Hilton brand’s top award, the Connie Pride Hotel of the Year, as the opening General Manager for Homewood Suites, Phoenix North Happy Valley.

Samuel joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels as Director of Finance in 2014.
Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Samuel was the Director of Finance for Petit Ermitage Hotel and prior to that held a multitude of Finance positions in the hospitality industry.
As the Vice President Finance, Samuel and his team manage the Twenty Four Seven Hotels portfolio of hotel accounting procedures, which include the daily balancing of systems, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budgets and Profit and Loss Statements.
Samuel has a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and B.A. Economics from Ohio State University. He teaches Hospitality Finance and Critical Thinking for University of Phoenix.

Isaac originally joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2003 and served the company in various senior hotel management positions before taking full-time responsibility for multi-property revenue management.
Since 2008, he has been developing and overseeing the revenue management foundations by focusing on the evolving revenue system enhancements of each major brand and ensuring the support structure provides outstanding value for each property in our portfolio. He oversees tactical direction and support on sell strategy implementation as well as assisting the hotels’ executive team with forecasting and budgeting analysis.
Isaac attended Northern Arizona University and Scottsdale Community College and holds degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has achieved industry recognized certifications as Certified Revenue Manager Executive, CRME and Certified Hospitality Administrator, CHA.

As Twenty Four Seven Hotels’ Chief Investment Officer, Gary spearheads the company’s growth in pursuing hotel acquisitions, management services and new build opportunities. With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Gary’s background includes ground up development, acquisitions and repositioning of value add projects, financing, dispositions, asset management and management contract negotiation.
He began his career in hotel development for a west coast based hotel developer and led the development and acquisition efforts to position the company as the largest owner and operator of Embassy Suites Hotels in the country at the time.
Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Gary most recently dedicated seven years with TPG Hotels & Resorts in sourcing, underwriting and closing hotel transactions ranging from new construction of California’s first AC Hotel, to over 20 hotel acquisitions and hotel management Agreements collectively valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Gary earned his B.S and M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Drew brings a diverse background in strategic planning, finance, and investment to his position as Co-founder and President of Twenty Four Seven Hotels. He plays a key role in business development including sourcing new management and investment opportunities, asset management, and owner relations.
Drew began his career in the investment side of the industry with a boutique hotel management firm in San Diego before setting out to form Pacific Hotel Brokerage, a west coast hotel investment advisory firm, in 1992. From there he went on to become Vice President of Real Estate for Tarsadia Hotels where he continued to focus on hotel acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
Drew earned his business degree from the University of San Diego and also holds a certification in Real Estate, Development, and Hotel Investment from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
As a founding partner David serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for strategic oversight of all aspects of company operations, development, and investment.
Prior to forming Twenty Four Seven Hotels, David spent over seven years with Tarsadia Hotels working with the executive team in sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating licensing and purchase and sale contracts for company acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities. David’s diverse industry experience also includes real estate and hotel consulting with a focus on hospitality and auditing at Landauer Associates in Los Angeles.
David earned his M.B.A. in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Southern California, and his M.S. in Hotel Investment from New York University.
