Itzel joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2021 as Corporate Recruiter. Prior to joining the band, Itzel recruited in the healthcare industry for three years where she assisted in recruiting in eight different states. She also took on the role of Recruiting Marketing Specialist while closely working with the marketing team to develop social media platforms to attract qualified talent. Additionally, she has a success in leading effective strategies to improve recruitment andretention, fostering relationships with educational partners and creating new recruitment pipelines.
In her current role as Corporate Recruiter, Itzel will assist in helping grow our teams and has an amazing success record for targeting top talent.
Itzel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from California State University at San Marcos.

Stephen began his career in hospitality sales and marketing with One&Only Resorts in the Maldives. He then transitioned to corporate marketing and public relations with One&Only in Dubai. In 2015, Stephen joined Hilton and oversaw marketing efforts for three hotels in Dubai with a combined 900-room inventory and 15 restaurants. In 2018, Stephen joined Carmel Valley Ranch and Ventana Big Sur in California, which soon thereafter transitioned under Hyatt Hotels. As their Regional Digital Marketing Manager, he was responsible for all digital channels and strategies, and the implementation of new technology tools, for marketing, while improving the guest experience.
Stephen received his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business and Hospitality Management from Vatel France.

Nora joins Twenty Four Seven Hotels with more than 17 years of hotel hospitality experience. Her career began as a Front Desk Agent for Hyatt Hotels, and she was quickly recruited into human resources as Benefits Coordinator. Nora has held various human resources roles from Employment Manager to Employee Relations Specialist. She was recognized as Manager of the Year with Hyatt for her role as Human Resources Manager.
In her current role as People Resources & Development Manager, Nora’s goal is to develop relationships with hotel Management, by providing training, guidance and developing their knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve selffulfillment and aid in the accomplishment of organizational goals. Mostly she’s passionate about reminding “TheBand” to always have fun!

Jayani joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels as Corporate Staff Accountant in June 2020, bringing a diverse accounting background in the educational, healthcare and hospitality industries. She is responsible for financial reconciliations and maintenance, analyzing financial information to prepare monthly and annual statements for several portfolio properties. Jayani executes new accounting standard initiatives at both the corporate and managed hotel levels.
Jayani received her Bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State University and her Master of Science degree in Accounting from California State University at Los Angeles.

She has worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Starbucks, Carvel Ice Cream, and has provided consulting for various boutique hotels throughout the United States. Samira has won the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Adrian Platinum Award for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign and awarded top social media talent in California by Hilton.
Samira received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations from California State University at Northridge.

Brandon brings 18 years of hotel operations experience working with brands such as Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt select and full-service brands, and independent boutique hotels. He joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2017 and has been an integral part of the hotel transitions team leading new teams, developing culture, and driving guiding principles throughout the properties. In 2018, Brandon successfully opened TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ontario Chino Hills as the General Manager for Twenty Four Seven Hotels.

Lisa has been an accountant for more than 15 years within a variety of industries. Her experience includes strong track record of full cycle accounting in accordance with GAAP, general ledger, month end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, process and audit of financial statements.
Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance and her Master’s degree in Accountancy from University of Phoenix.

With 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Khanh has held roles such as Corporate Controller, Area Director of Finance and Director of Finance for various hotels companies such as The Beverly Hilton, Langham Hotels Group, Viceroy Hotels, and Kimpton Hotels. At the Viceroy Hotel Group, he served as the Chief Internal Auditor for the company’s entire portfolio and led the internal audit committee.
Khanh graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Todd joins Twenty Four Seven Hotels as an award-winning Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director. He has worked with Radisson, Marriott, Waldorf Astoria, and the famous Queen Mary in Long Beach. Todd is accomplished with exemplary culinary and management abilities to successfully launch new operations and transitions in hotels, resorts, and culinary services for senior living facilities.

With more than two decades of experience in hospitality, Ron has worked with some of the leading hotel brands,REITS, and hospitality management companies in the industry. As a Front Office Manager, he worked with theMarriott family of select service and full-service brands where his hotel was the recipient of Hotel of the Year in 2004.While working with management companies such asSageHospitality,Winegardner and Hammons Hotel Group,White Lodging Services, and Schulte Hospitality Group, Ron went from General Manager to Regional Vice Presidentoverseeing 10-16 hotels in both suburban and urban locations. His REIT experience includes Apple REIT, Starwood,and RLJ REIT.
Ron has served on the Courtyard Food and Beverage Advisory Board and Indiana Hotel Lodging Association Board and has led a fundraising event for the Back on My Feet Indianapolis Chapter, raising over $50,000 for the localchapter.

Jasmine is a multi-awarded sales professional in the digital space and hospitality world. She joins 247 Hotels with experience as the top performing sales executive at Glassdoor and the top performing Task Force Director of Sales at Carver Hotel Group. She contributes a total of five years in business development with healthcare, government and SMERF groups as her specialty markets and over 1.5 million in sales.
She has recently held titles with Carver Hotel Group such as Director of Sales and Marketing, Senior Sales Manager, Group Sales Manager and Outside Sales Manager with Hilton, IHG, Sonesta, and independently branded hotels, elevating her ability to implement effective sales strategy and maximize revenue in any brand or market. In her spare time she loves to travel, hike, listen to music and read self-development books.

Caroline joins Twenty Four Seven Hotels as the Operations Analyst. In this role, she supports the Operations and Guest Services team providing analysis and tracking operational performance. She assists across multiple departments to ensure brand standards and goals are being met and that properties are operating at their highest potential.
Before her role at Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Caroline previously held various positions in Accounting, Front Office Operations, and Guest Services. She obtained her graduate degree in Hospitality Management and undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
