On The Rise

Damien Abrams

Damien started with 24seven Hotels as a General Manager and he hasn’t looked back since. As the General Manager of a new hotel opening, he was able to live out his passion for “making it better” and continue to grow in leadership with a strong initiative and drive to be a top performer. Most recently, Damien received a well-deserved promotion to Regional Director of Operations. In this role, he is instrumental is in providing genuine support to general managers, helping them to grow their potential, day in and day out.

“I love seeing the growth and progress of my team members. Seeing them learn and master new skills keeps me motivated each day,” says Damien.

Angela Gardner

Angela exemplifies 24seven Hotels’ values and commitment to excellence. She’s grown within the company and in turn has chosen to help others in their own development paths. Having begun her 24seven Hotels journey as an Area Director of Sales in Boise, Idaho, Angelas’s initiative and drive to improve processes and boost revenue generation quickly led to a promotion to a Sales Executive position. But she didn’t stay there long either; her performance quickly earned another promotion, this time to Regional Director of Sales. Angela’s genuine support of the team helps build community within the 24seven Hotels family and motivates others to solve problems collaboratively.

“I have been able to develop new skills, learn from experienced professionals, and take on new challenges that have helped me grow in my own leadership. The company’s focus on continuous improvement and dedication to excellence has inspired me to push myself to be the best I can be in my role” says Angela.

Allie Hill

Allie joined our hospitality band in 2017 and she is a shining example of someone’s journey making a positive impact on guests, associates and the performance of our hotels. From her start as a Front Desk Agent to her current role as a Revenue Analyst⁠, her talent and hard work have been an inspiration to everyone around her. She relishes a challenge and not settling, always egar to learn and make it better.
