Gabe is our General Counsel, bringing over 24 years of legal and business experience with specific expertise to areas of high need – namely transactional and employment law – in an increasingly challenging operating environment. While overseeing all legal matters, his contributions to our growth strategy and capacity to elevate our decision-making, improve functional effectiveness and safeguard the company provide an unmatched level of excellence in our industry.
Prior to joining 24seven Hotels, he ran his own law firm, served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for a wireless retail agent and real estate development company and practiced at several international and boutique law firms in Los Angeles and Orange County. While in-house, he was responsible for overseeing human resources for 800 employees, negotiating and procuring entitlements for a hotel build in the City of Los Angeles as well as taking the lead on negotiation and documentation of several multi-million dollar real estate purchases and financing transactions. Gabe earned a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley and his J.D. from Northwestern University, Pritzger School of Law.
