David Wani is the Chief Executive Officer and founding partner of 24seven Hotels. Prior to forming 24seven Hotels, David spent many years with Tarsadia Hotels, where he sourced, underwrote, and negotiated licensing, purchase and sale contracts.

24seven Hotels operates 30 lifestyle, upscale and select-service hotels with top-tier global hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Choice and IHG.

24seven Hotels is based in Orange County, California. The corporate office is located in Newport Beach, California and our managed hotels are spread across various states in the Western and South-Central United States.
