Recipe: Spiced Salted Cream Espresso Martini (makes 1 serving)

2 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Tia Maria Coffee Liquor

1.5 oz. Espresso

3 oz. Frothed Heavy Cream seasoned with 0.2 oz. Coarse Sea Salt and 0.06 oz. each of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Sugar and Coriander

Shake Vodka, Coffee Liquor and Espresso vigorously over ice. Serve in a chilled coupe glass topped with frothed seasoned cream foam and garnished with a Sugar in the Raw rim, Gold Flake and micro-planed Coffee Bean.
